You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the delivery date by the courier company. The return is made at the expense and responsibility of the customer. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition that they were sent and received by the customer, complete and without damage. It must be in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with all shipping documents (eg VAT, Retail Rep.).
If the above conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
