PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on delivery: This service is valid only for shipments within Greece.
CARDS: Using credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. Alternatively, you can use all VISA and MASTERCARD prepaid cards (regardless of issuing bank). And with 3 interest-free installments for purchases over 500 euros.
Security: All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Shipping Costs For Greece, 10 euros. For purchases over 75 euros, free shipping. For Europe, 15 euros. Includes: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Belarus, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, Luxembourg , Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Ukraine, FYROM, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland. If the country of shipment is not included in the above, please contact us for more information. For the rest of the world, 20 euros. Please contact us for more information.
Delivery time The shipment is made within a period of up to 3 working days within Greece. For areas classified as “inaccessible” by the courier company, this time may vary. For shipments to Europe, up to 7 working days. For shipments to other countries, up to 10 working days. In any case, we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement or refund within 14 calendar days of receipt of the delivery date by the courier company. The return is made at the expense and responsibility of the customer. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition that they were sent and received by the customer, complete and without damage. It must be in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with all shipping documents (eg DAT, Retail Rep.). If the above conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
